EKR Seat Cover Ordering Issues

Anyone have problems with these guys? I just tried ordering a set of leather covers for both my vehicles and the first set I tried to order I filled out all the checkout info, hit the red Order Now button and nothing happened. I waited a while then hit the button again (it was black then) and still nothing happened. My account on their site shows nothing ordered and so far no emails or charges to my credit card. I tried calling them and they're still open for two more hours but no answer, goes to voicemail.

Can't speak to their site. Ordered cover dream (same company) through amazon. No problems. Worth the $

I heard it was better through Amazon but I want to customize the colors (Black and Tan for my truck and Black and White for my Challenger) and you can only do that through their site.

What about EKR on amazon, is it cheaper on their official website?

Ive never had an issue & their customer support is great if you find issues during the install....

I have EKR covers on my 24 taco & 25 f150...

I wanted custom colors (Black and Tan for my truck and Black and White for my Challenger) and you have to order from their site for that. Amazon just has the standard pre-made popular color combos. Another weird thing about their site was after the first attempt the cart still had the items but the price lowered for some reason. I sent them an email. Maybe they'll have an explanation on why it won't order for me. If not, then they lost $1k.
