I live in Montana so not many "sand dunes" to speak of, but lots and lots of off road exploring. This was at 8800 ft above a frozen lake last weekend in southwest Montana. The stock Wrangler M+S had some struggles so getting Falken Wildpeak ATS3W's put on for winter as I have used them on previous Trucks/SUV's and nothing but good luck in the Montana winter conditions.
I have sat in several Tacoma's over the years and the 2025 is by far the most comfortable for me (6'4" 240lb) and just breaking over 2000 miles i absolutely love all the tech and capabilities of this truck. I have owned Jeep's (wife still has a wrangler) and Gladiators, Grand Cherokee's, Ram trucks and a few full size SUV's. I am happy to have found a TH trim as I looked for a few months and finally found one 3 hours away. Dealer in Missoula, MT (Lithia) had it actually discounted to $62,888, I purchased for $62,000 even out the door. MSRP sticker was $67k+ other dealers in Montana asking $2k over sticker or MSRP and would not budge. Only 3 in the state that I had found.
Anyhow, looking to eventually find a hard side pop up type camper and have already removed the roof rack and ARB header rack and installed a hard bed cover. Need security vs looks, and I did like the ARB header rack, just didn't feel like making the mods not knowing my final setup for all the backroad aventures and camping we do.
Look forward to seeing everyone's trucks!
