Just picked up my 2025 Tacoma back in Feb. First post here!

TH grille was my first big mod other than some TVD Vinyl, lasfit, and ScreenProtech. Couldnt justify $600+ on a lightbar I'm not sure I'll use often but wanted to stay OEM Toyota (something with the lettering in the 3rd party grilles just looks a little off). Went from the Trailhunter grille as I wanted matte-planning to dip the logo. Caught a great sale for the grille and went looking for cheap lights. While most suggested you get what you pay for, a few recommended Co Light and for the price it was hard to not just give it a shot. Bought the thinnest 20" bar they made for $25 on Aliexpress. It arrived last week and I spent a few days iterating a 3D printed a mount for it and installed it on my truck. Plenty bright for me. We'll see how it lasts but for less than $250 all in, I'm not complaining.

Happy to share designs with anyone here, just shoot me a PM.

Do you happen to know how deep the light bar cavity is? I’m seeing some light bars like Cali raised which extend 3.25 inches back and I’m curious if this would fit in the void or would it be too deep
I didn't take that measurement, sorry. I can attempt to remember when I pull the face off again to swap out the camera bracket to the conforming one and remove the RAVE bracket.

Your additional limiting factors would be the depth clearance for the active shutter assembly (as that's what bolts over/behind it) and the weight the screw points in the plastic are intended to support.

The Diode Dynamics 18" light bar is 3" in total depth (outside of face to rear edge), with the center of the mounting screw 1-1/8" from the face (leaving 1-7/8" behind the mount point.

This has not caused any issues and left some breathing room in front of the shudder assembly.

I just ordered my grill from Serra in Decatur, AL as well. $203 for the grill shipped to my door is just too good to pass up. I'll be going with a different light than what I've seen posted so far, so I'll post back again when I get that installed.

Does anyone know the screw size for the screws that mount the brackets to the grille? I'm working on a universal bracket and if it works out I can share the DXF file for anyone who wants to shoot it to sendcutsend

Finally got my Heritage Grill in and installed. I chose to go a different route than I've seen before on the lightbar. I chose the DV8 Elite Halo bar. It was on sale during memorial day for $180, so I jumped on it. I personally think the halo looks cool (raptor-like without being a copy-cat), but I'll let you be the judge.

I made the bracket using 1.25in by 1/16in angle bar you can pick up at the big orange box store. It was a pretty simple build, just really costing me about 2 hours and several 420 heavy-duty cutting wheels for my dremel. I did it all by rough sight, so I don't have any specific measurements to share. Here you can see this process. The first image is the rough first cuts made from an 8.5" length of the angle bar.

This is after the two bends to put the lightbar into position, and removing a small chunk to clearance around the screw, as well as a corner to reduce visibility through the grill:

Here's a shot of what it looks like during the centering process and mounting to the screw holes. I used some of the thick washers that came with the DV8 light bar to help center it in the opening.

Here's the final installation after painting with Rustoleum Satin Black and mounting to the grill:

Since the wire for the DV8 comes out on the passenger side, and because it's about perfectly sized - I co-located the connector for the light bar with the other two main grill harnesses.

After wiring up the "halo" to AUX3 and the main light bar to "AUX2", here are the money shots:

They're an M5 body bolt common to a lot of cars. You could possibly get away with an #10, but an M5 is the proper choice. I used these on my own install, because I had them leftover from my BMW repairs:
