I noticed back driver side floor mat wet, thought it was water, nope its oily fluid leaking out of back of iso dynamic seat damper or shock for no reason, bummer. I hope it's an easy fix at dealership. Anyone else seen this? Wondering if its a known problem with the seats?

Congratulations!
You've unlocked the upgraded version of the manual seat sinking down on it's own!

Seriously though, I've only seen one other instance of this.

I had the same thing happen to me. I thought my ISO seats were leaking, so I had the dealership inspect them while they were performing my free 10K mile oil change.

It took them an extra two hours to diagnose the issue. In my case, they even removed the passenger seat to track down where the "leak" was coming from. It turns out it wasn't oil from the ISO seats at all. The culprit was the lubricant the factory applied to the seat tracks. Apparently, they had over-applied grease to the rails, and whenever the seat is adjusted forward or backward, the excess lubricant can work its way out and drip onto the floormat.
