Kuat Ibex Topper Question

Ok. I have the Kuat Ibex system installed on my truck bed. However, I’m thinking of making it into a topper with the full panel kit. Has anyone does this yet? If so, how has it been from a functional stand point for you?

had one but took it off for a GFC. it worked great, stayed somewhat waterproof, (kuat states that its weather resistant and not weather proof). only big downside is not being able to see out the back window. if you have the digital rear view mirror, it will interfere with that also. i personally had a RTT on top of mine so i had to use their panel kit risers too

How do you like your GFC? I was considering that too. I like the openness of windows with a topper. I had a smartcap on my Ranger and liked that, but have heard issues with it on the Tacoma, especially with the rubber seal.
