What is the largest possible tire I could go for my 2024 trd pro on its stock 18” rims and ride height ? (willing to remove mud flaps and plates if needed)

Know this question has been asked multiple times for many trim levels but not seeing much about TRD pros .

Open to any insight and advice & would love to see other trd pros set ups especially if on 18’s . Thank you so much in advance and looking forward to connecting with the Tacoma community .

The TH and TRD PRO share the same offset so all that data in the other threads carries over.

In summary, largest tire you can throw on is 295/70s if you remove the crash bar and oem mudflaps. I still had tini tinrub until I moved up the caster slightly but that’s because I kept my ARK low profile flaps which consumed about 2mm of clearance. Once I lifted my TH another 1.5 inch from stock, caster back at nominal with flaps, no rub. 295/70 spare won’t fit under the bed.

I also initially tested 285/70s. No rub with everything OEM in place. 285/70 spare fits under the bed but just barely but wouldn’t trust the chain hoist holding that heavy wheel on bumpy roads.

Here is 295/70R18 AT4 e loads compared to stock tire size:

275/70r18 fit nicely. I think that or the various 285 width tires are the sweet spot for these trucks.
