Mismatching brands of shocks

Genuine question, I would like to hear some comments and recommendations as to which brand and model of struts//shockscan actually go well together. The front and rear springs of my Trd Offroad are from All Dogs and they are about 0.75 to 1 taller than stock, otherwise I have the stock Bilstein (I'm on the recall list, but the reservoir is still on there). I don't want to invest in the large diameter front (like MT64), which would require a whole new spring and potentially new UCA. For the rear though, I can splurge a bit with the MT64 or Dobinsons IMS monotube since the spring is separate from the shock. So, for the brands of shocks that can fit into the All Dog/stock spring inner space, which could go well with which rear shock?
Edit: I'm primarily looking for a more compliant on-road, pot hole, nasty east coast street ride quality.

(I assume for the front, I really don't have a lot of options than the Bilstein 5100?). Thanks1!

Personally, I would not mix and match shocks. I feel like you could end up with unbalanced handling and ride characteristics.

As for compliant... I've owned Bilstein 5100s, Fox 2.0's, and custom tuned Fox 2.5 DSC's (all on a different truck) and nothing is softer/more compliant than the OEM TRD OR Bilsteins. With that said, the Fox 2.5's can absolutely smash through big holes... but I wouldn't say they're super compliant around town.

That link you posted lists the shocks outer diameter as 2.6" which is comparable to the MT64 and Bilstein 6100, so I don't think your All Dogs coils will fit. I think for the front your only choice is the Bilstein 5100 if you're dead set on keeping the All Dogs coils.

Can I ask why you're reluctant to change out the coils? The larger body shocks that you're looking at all come with larger diameter coils to fit over the larger shocks. You mentioned concerns about needing an upper control arm, but that generally only becomes an issue when you start lifting the truck higher. If you set the new shocks to maintain 0.75"-1" of front lift, you should be ok without upper control arms. Upper control arms really became a "thing" when people were lifting their trucks 3" and needed additional balljoint angle and adjustability to get the camber and caster settings back to spec.
