These aren't official prices of course but I'd put more weight on KBB's estimates more than others.

2024 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab Pricing

We expect the 2024 Toyota Tacoma to start at around $29,000. TRD PreRunner and Trailhunter versions are the new additions to an otherwise predictable sequence of trim levels.

When it’s on the options list (as opposed to standard), 4-wheel drive will cost something like $3,000.

2024 Toyota Tacoma SR$29,000 (estimate)
2024 Toyota Tacoma SR5$31,000 (estimate)
2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD PreRunner$33,000 (estimate)
2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport$36,000 (estimate)
2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road$38,000 (estimate)
2024 Toyota Tacoma Limited$42,000 (estimate)
2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro$49,000 (estimate)
2024 Toyota Tacoma Trailhunter$52,000 (estimate)

These estimates are for manufacturer’s suggested retail prices (MSRP) and do not include any factory-to-dealer delivery fees (destination charges).

I'd be good with this pricing scheme. Any more and I think they'd be pushing it even in this market.

$49k is way too low for the new TRD Pro.

The expensive hybrid drivetrain and complex air suspension seats guarantee a big jump in price. I predict mid to high $50’s for the TRD Pro model.

High 50's seems high to me. That's 10k more than the current 2023 TRD Pro. If it's true that the Pro is the top trim over the Trailhunter, that gives Toyota more room with the Pro but I still think they undercut the 24 Ranger Raptor's $58,555 MSRP by a few thousand.

There's a big gap to slot between the Ranger Raptor and the ZR2 Colorado ($48,295). If you split the difference that's about $53K, not much more than KBB's estimate. But I'm guessing we see right around $54xxxx where anyone shopping the Raptor still sees it as a significant difference.

The lower trims could follow this pricing pattern, but those higher trims are more likely to be much more expensive, especially the TRD Pro model.

Seems to me that if there’s a $4,000 difference between the OR & Limited, the Limited is a better value in terms of all the included features that would be options or simply not available on the OR.

If that trailhunter ends up being 52k, I’m in. But I highly doubt it

Keeping fingers crossed that the OR is accurate, and low 40s for a fully loaded one...
