This is the OEM net, hitch it to the top tie downs and used some cheap carabineers on the lower. Just sell yours with some black aluminum carabineers. Not sure what else would be needed on this.

That's an OEM net from his 4runner. Our RAV4 came with a smaller version of the same thing.
