Non hood mounted ditch light brackets?

Anyone know of any ditch light brackets that mount to the A pillar bolt under the plastic trim rather than tk the underside of the hood/hinges? M&R manes a set like this. I will link it so you can see what I'm talking about. Just wondering if anyone knows of any others that mount like this? Thanks!!

I'm curious how much clearance they actually have. The main reason DL brackets are hood mounted is so when you open the hood then the light moves with the hood instead of in the way of said hood. I didn't see any specifications but I'd assume there would be size or shape restrictions with those fixed mounted lights.

Good point! Yeah wouldn't want the hood banging into the lights!

mine are "hood mounted" but it's right at the edge...

as mentioned, this ensures when the hood lifts up, the light do too, which I think is a big reason they're done this way.

I just saw these. They look nice. Uses one bolt and then double sided tape. Are you using them?

No im not. Was looking at options to run a double ditch light setup and came across them. I may try them out.
