Mabett Side Steps
2PCS or 4PCS? Pick the Setup That Fits How You Use Your Tacoma
We wanted to give Tacoma owners two ways to set these up.
If you mainly want an easier step at the driver and front passenger doors, the 2-piece set keeps things simple and also works with XtraCab models. If your rear seats get regular use, the 4-piece set adds the same individual step support below the rear doors as well.
Wider Step Surface + Three-Layer Protective Finish
We made each step wider to give you a more confident place to plant your foot, then added raised tread and a textured surface for extra grip when getting in or out of the truck.
Since these steps stay exposed outside the Tacoma year-round, the finish also matters. Each step uses a three-layer protective system: E-coat treatment, an anti-rust coating, and a thickened non-slip top coating, helping resist moisture, dirt, rust, corrosion, and everyday surface wear.
Compact Individual-Step Design
Instead of using a full-length running board, we chose individual steps that put a wide stepping area only where you actually need it. That keeps more of the Tacoma’s original side profile and underbody open, with less visual bulk along the rocker area.
Center Console Armrest Cover
One-Piece Custom Fit + Full Console Access
The one-piece molded TPE cover follows the factory armrest lid closely, so it looks and feels more integrated than a loose cover sitting on top. Its fitted shape still allows the console lid to open and close normally, so you keep full access to the storage underneath.
Flexible TPE for Everyday Protection
We chose flexible TPE for an area that gets touched and used constantly. It adds a protective layer over the factory armrest against scratches, scuffs, pet claws, dirt, spills, and everyday wear. The water-resistant surface is also easy to maintain. Wipe it clean for everyday messes, or remove and rinse it when it needs a deeper clean.
Individual Steps or a Full-Length Running Board?
Which look do you prefer on a Tacoma: compact steps only where you need them, or a full-length running board?
