OEM front tow hook upgrade

I snagged some OEM tow hooks for about $100 shipped over the holiday weekend. They arrived today, so I had to toss them on real quick. I was a little unsure of having some red accent on the otherwise white/black truck, but I'm digging it.

Agreed. I would not have gotten the skid plate if not for the mods on my previous vehicle. I had a set of BBS wheels and an aftermarket exhaust - selling those after I traded it on the Tacoma paid for my skid plate and tonneau cover haha

My packing slip shows 5.0lbs even, so roughly 2.5lbs each feels about right after holding them. They're surprisingly chunky.

If you get some, they will reuse your stock transit hook bolts, which are 17mm. 75ft-lb torque spec for install.

These should fit all models, as far as I know. Mine is a non-hybrid and they fit just fine.

Looks solid on black and white imo. Always 2 main colors with a 3rd splash color looks solid.
I have Bronze Oxide and I wish the hooks came in a green or orange. Red just looks wonky with the dark green paint.
