Hello Guys,

I just bought a 2025 Tacoma TRD Pro a few weeks back. I was hoping it would have the optional Spray-On Bed Liner, unfortunately, the specific car that I worked a deal on didn't have the option and only had the Towing Package.

I notice that some people's truck beds have the TACOMA logo behind the rear passenger and front of the bed, which may indicate that it is the factory Spray-On Bed Liner package. Mine doesn't have this and is simply blank.

Given that the Spray-on Bed Liner was an option I want for my truck, does Toyota have a part number or option to add it to my truck?

I have called a few Toyota Parts Dealers and they can't seem to find anything about Spray-On Bed Liner parts.

Can anyone here please assist.

It's not a part, it's just sprayed on. There are lots of companies that can do it for you.

It's not for me. Bed liner was invented for steel beds that rust when scratched. The composite bed is great without it.

What about the Tacoma logo on the front of the bed? Were those only exclusive on the factory sprayed liners?

The OEM bed mat works for me. Heavy, and things stay in place on it.

The oem bed lined beds have the Tacoma logo. If it doesn’t have the logo then it’s after market sprayed.
I did see a post somewhere showing that the logo is applied prior to being sprayed. Wish I could find the post.

I figured the optional sprayed liners were the only ones with the logo.

Regarding the post with the logo applied, is there someone that found the oem parts and had someone spray their composite liner oem style?

I have a 25 OR with the factory bedliner applied. I like it but, that said, I haven't seen a bed without it to compare it to.
I used to build custom trucks/cars and I have sprayed a lot of bedliner...my choice was Raptor liner as it was easy to apply and it came in a tintable version so you could match the bedliner color to the paint color of the truck. Unless you are an experienced paint and body person, I would leave this job up to a professional...the added cost is worth it when you consider the risks involved with a botched job.

I’ve had 4 Tacoma's with the composite bed. My current has the spray in liner. The liner is so much better. The bare composite is slicker than snot when dry and worse when wet. It’s nice to have most things not slide around. Also the bare composite scratches and gouges quite easily.
Just my 2¢.

So from my extensive internet searching the entire bed is a separate factory part if it gets bed liner and not a part for sale. Meaning they put the different bulk head wall on bed lined trucks before they make the bed (fuse it together)

You could find a junk yard bed and swap or have someone 3 print a logo and have it added before its bed lined

Can someone post a photo of a bed without the logo? My bed (with logo) is a little more involved than just the lettering...just wondering if the non-logo bed only differs by the text.

Thanks for the link...the header panel has vertical ribs all across the panel. On my coated bed there is a recess in the center where the "TACOMA" letters are placed. I would say that cutting the ribs to establish this recess would not be feasible.

Is there anyone that had installed the TACOMA logo prior to a spray. Curious to see if it has been done.

I misspoke in my last post, the logo is not in a recess, it is on a raised section. I would say that if an enterprising truck owner REALLY wanted the logo that he could make a mold from a bed that had the logo and then cast the logo panel and attach that logo to their bed prior to spraying the bedliner.
