So for $50 CAD or $38 USD plus taxes your 4th generation Tacoma can have a completely matte black grille, which is cool looking no doubt.

Totally faux chrome free. Beats the h*ll out of forking over hundreds of dollars for a gloss black OEM TRD Pro or OEM matte black Trail Hunter grille or replica with a gloss black or bronze Toyota badge if you ask me. Then having to fork over hundreds more to matte black plastic overlay the Toyota logo similar to what has just been done by yours truly!

I wasn't aware that they had an overlay for the front grill! I also have a chrome grill emblem and now have the part ordered. Thanks for the info.

Or just pop the logo off (You can reach behind and do it with your fingers) and for $25 CAD plasti-dip it. I did it with mine the day I brought it home 18 months ago, still looks perfect.

Nice! I had to buy an overlay kit for a Limited Taco, and only use the grill badge, so this one saves $25 or so.
