I like how you get the job done with your saw using the plug in source on Taco….thats a nice useful feature, Lol when im fishing in cold , i park truck, plug in mini crockpot come out of chilly water ,boom nice hot streamside meal..lol

That mess you have there is nuts.
Mess? Good grief. There's zero waste there. I've never seen a clean removal of the tenderloins with the gutless method. And of course, there are the liver and heart that are usually left with that method.

Here's half of that mess that's nearly skinned. Clean as a whistle.

Here's a pile of tomahawk steaks, and you don't get them with the boneless method. They taste much better than backstrap steaks. There's something about leaving the bone in.
