RCI rock sliders & other upgrades installed

Installed the RCI Rock Sliders today. Happy with the look but had the same problem most people have stated with passenger side forward bolt hole not lining up. Not sure if it’s a RCI jig issue or highly unlikely it’s Toyota frame bolt pattern issue. Anyway made it work by enlarging bolt hole.

A couple other upgrade pictures. Land Cruiser engine and Transfer case skid plates. Had one bolt striped on installation at the factory, probably with impact wrench. Re-tapped bolt hole. Nothing is easy. Black tailgate letters and front grill black Toyota emblem. Painted front recovery points red. Next up fuel tank protection. Haven’t decided on manufacturer. I was leaning toward RCI but might investigate Cali Raised after slider issue.

Thank you, Lauren! My plans are mostly mountain gravel roads and occasional backcountry camping. Definitely like to be prepared for whatever situation arises.

Looking great! I have some C4 sliders to install today. Hopefully smooth sailing.

Those bolts always seem to strip. I had to retap the threads on some as well

Good luck! Always easier with another set of hands and eyes! I had a buddy help me out. The old saying is two people make the job three times easier!
