If you have the SR5 like in your tag, you should need to buy the crossmember, but you say you’ve got the TRD off-road which should already have the crossmember. For my SR, I had to buy the crossmember separately to install the RCI package. The RCI package should mount to the frame support already there on the off-road. I assume I’m just referring to the radiator frame support as the “crossmember”

I assume your off-road has the stock composite skid plate already mounted to the crossmember between the tow hook mounts. AFAIK you shouldn’t need to remove anything but the stock plates to throw on the RCI plates. Here’s a thread on the subject though

like I said, I have the RCI set on my SR, and all I had to do was add the crossmember. I love them so far, and they’ve come in handy on the trails

Hopefully you receive all your hardware. Two of my RCI skid plates I purchased came with missing hardware. 🤬

You will need the crossmember installed. Also I purchased the steel RCI and not the aluminum version which I wish I had because of the added weight. I didn't personally weigh it but it's heavy and made my Sport 1/2 inch lower in the front suspension and noticeable ride difference. More harsh over bumps with it installed. I am probably going for the All Dogs front springs.

The off road should come with the crossmember, the sport does not
