Rear seat alert chime sounds

we put my nephew on his car seat yesterday, buckled him up, and the rear seat alert started alerting us, a loud chiming noise. Took home and the seat out, and the sound still was playing. I’m not sure how on earth to get it to stop. Any ideas? 2026 Tacoma

Yeah, i had all my seat belt chime, and other nannies, shut off when my truck was tuned by OTT tuning.
It wasn't part of the tune, but he was already plugged into the truck and it only took him a few seconds more to do so.

You can turn that stuff off with the Carista app and their OBD reader–which is on sale for $20 in the Amazon jungle.

what did the OTT tune do for you? I’ve heard of this before but never really dug into it. Does this void your warranty?
