Recovery Board Mount for roof rack

I recently purchased these recovery boards

I'm curious if anyone has any suggestions as to how to mount them to my roof rack T Track system. I'm not super clear on the best way to tighten the mount to the rack

Those look like all top boards and in the Amazon all top store, they have universal mounting pins for T slots

Right, but I'm not clear on how to mount onto the the t-track. My current plan is to use the hex bolts and washers I circled in the picture in the t-track slot with the bracket and posts sitting on the t-track. My problem is once I get the hex bolts and washers in the slots I can't figure out how to tighten everything down

You don’t need that bracket, mount the pins directly onto the track using T slotted bolts and screw the pins onto the bolts.

I thought about that too but the bolts are too wide to slip into the slots on the rack. For that to work I'd have to remove the t-track everything I want to mount the boards

This is assuming you bought the board mount kit

I think you solved my issue. My boards didn't come with those t-track inserts! That's what I need. It did come with the kit but for whatever reason, the kit was missing the t-slot mounting part

Yeah, that’s usually the way it is, if you buy Maxtrax that’s all you get, the mounting hardware you usually purchase separately because there’s so many variations for mounting.
