Hi all!

I'm wondering if any members are running either the Rival 4x4 aluminum skid plate or the Miller Cat MCX stainless steel skid plate. Any reviews, comments, etc?

Yes. Running the Miller MCX skid and catalytic covers. Excellent craftsmanship and heavy duty. The skid has two access panels for plug and filter. Great price too!

I also have their bed stiffeners. Great no drill product.

I have the TRD front plate paired with a Millercat stainless steel cat plate. Feels solid. I bought the Millercat before seeing how high up the cat was tucked so I consider it more for protecting the drivetrain than my exhaust.

I like how they look and they look durable for sure. I also like the price. One member commented they were concerned there were too many openings/slits in the skid plate that would let too much water or junk up under there into the engine area. Do you find this to be the case?
Not at all. Water is going to get up there regardless, the slits allow the water to drain. I think the biggest advantage is the Rivals are stamped adding structural stiffness and strength. I jack my front end up from the skids to rotate the tires with zero issues. Shipping was cheap as well, it was under $30! Also there is no reason for a cat shield to prevent theft, the cat is directly below the turbo, it’s definitely not a 30 second job with a sawsall.

I got the MCX plate and have been very happy w/ the purchase (posted about it when installed back in February if you're interested).
