Part of my build: Benny's Build They often call this part “cat back exhaust’ or ‘Catalytic Converter Back’ or rather back from the catalytic converter…. There is one more piece to the complete system which is the “center pipe” .

So do you need the “center piece” ? What happen if I just buy the exhaust part

I had the axel back installed a few weeks ago on my 2024 Sport + long bed. It is slightly louder than stock..I don't even notice it now. No drone on the highway. And it looks so much better than the stock exhaust pipe.

Would you say it’s worth it ?

Did you get it installed at Toyota?
I installed it myself. 2 bolts and 2 rubber hangers to remove and reinstall. I did have to drop the spare tire down to make it easier to pull the old axle back off. I am by no means a mechanic so trust me when I say it’s an easy job if you’re physically able to crawl under the truck.

Looks Great! Did it come with recommended bolt torque setting?

Do you need to install a gasket? When I took out the old one it didn’t have one so I’m just curious if you needed one for the new exhaust

Hey All Quick Question...Did any of you who installed this part (PT226-35241-XX) install a new exhaust gasket at the muffler/tail pipe? Or did you keep/re-use the existing gasket. FYI...my truck only has 400 miles on it. Just got the new pipe (PT226-35241-02) but install instructions say gasket is non-reusable part? Also, if anyone is interested torque is 32 ft-lbf
