Happy with how things are turning out. I went with a Tmat system that allows me to move things around, add or subtract as needed. I can also pull it out to access something on it or just remove it all together depending on needs. I made the divider and then realized it was a good way to mount the recovery boards. Some of the mounts, esp the Hi-lift jack mounts are a combination of different ones to make one that worked. I thought about building something and mounting it to the forward molle panel but went the easier way.

Which hard cover do you have? Looks like the 6ft bed? I’ve been debating getting a retractable hard cover on my 6ft bed.

I went with the Retrax Pro and yes it’s a 6’ bed. I wanted the option to put a rack on later if I decide to go that way.

All together looks dope. I am looking at the full Tacoma system from Tmat, but I also found a pre-owned set that was for a full size F150. How many tiles do you have going front to back/side to side? From pics, maybe three 12x12 and three singles on each side? I am wondering if I can retrofit the F150 set to fit my tacoma?

I would think a set used in an F-150 would work as long as it's a 6' bed. I think it was 6 for the length plus a 2" strip that could be the ramps. I have 3 plus 2 2" strips on both side to fill up between the wheel wells. Once the tonneau cover was added and I used some 2" pieces in the front middle to clear the drain tubes it changed everything and I ordered a bunch of 2" strips get it how I wanted it. I just did a weeks vacation and was happy with everything.
