Taco Specific Bumper Step - Easy Install and $50 From Amazon

Hey Taco-heads,
I may be late to the game here but I wanted to share this in case some else (like me) missed it. I saw this step on another Taco and bought one right away. $50 on Amazon - 3 bolts attach the yoke to the unit, then 3 bolts attach the unit to the frame. There is a spot specific to this step and its a simple process. Its a bit tight and ratchet wrenches would have worked better than the open/closed end wrenches I used as the space is very small so getting a good rotation is tough. Enjoy!

its a pretty simple install, but, like mentioned above, the space is pretty tight. If I had used a ratchet wrench, it would have moved much faster on the install. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks! I will have to give it a try. Since the ARB recovery point is blocking the OEM installation points, I am hoping this will fit the relocation bracket. I see a few reviews that says it worked.

The OEM step came with my truck. I said when i bought the truck i would not have ordered it with the step. Well 10k into it all and i am liking the step.

driver side would be nice, that's where it is located on the Tundra but with the Taco, I think with the exhaust pipe there, there's just not enough room...just a thought.

That's assuming you've not got, or switched, to a trail/axle dump exhaust (which is OEM supported).
