I would bet 50% or more of the companies that advertise here are knockoff.

They're all generic Chinese companies that I would bet are all coming from the same distributor.

We want to address the comments and misinformation circulating about our product.

From the beginning, we have been the creators and innovators of this full replacement light — not followers, not imitators. We invested months of design time, engineering development, real-world testing, and quality refinement to bring this product to market. This wasn’t a “selling idea,” a parts-bin mash-up, or a rebrand of something already out there — it was built from scratch, tested thoroughly, and introduced as a new solution that didn’t previously exist.

Unfortunately, what some are now seeing in the market — particularly from Lexland — is not independent innovation. Lexland’s version is a direct copy of our design, produced as a lower-quality, aftermarket imitation or knockoff. They did not invest in design, engineering, testing, or R&D — they reproduced ours.

Here are the facts:

  • We were the first and only company to develop this specific full replacement light assembly.
  • Our product was designed, prototyped, tested, and brought to market by our team’s R&D efforts.
  • Lexland’s version matches our design — indicating that it was reverse-engineered or copied, rather than developed independently.
  • Because their product is a knockoff and not original R&D, it does not share the same testing, quality control, or performance standards we stand behind.
We stand behind our products because we build them, we test them, and we improve them. That’s the difference between true innovation and imitation.

If a company chooses to copy an existing design rather than innovate, that’s their decision — but it doesn’t change the fact that we were the original creators, nor does it change the level of effort we put into developing our product.

We appreciate the support from everyone who values original design, real engineering, and quality products — and we will always continue to stand by our work.

Full disclosure, I don't own any Meso or Lexland products, but I have tried to get the point across that Lexland, Trumgreta, and half of the "sponsors" on this forum are all cheap Chinese knockoff companies.

I glad you guys actually set the record straight.

If you look up Lexland's address then google it and find out all of the companies running out of that one suite then, in my opinion, it tells you all you need to know about them.

I will say that I have the Meso door lights (the ones that are copied here) and the dome light. They're absolutely top quality from fit and functionality. The Meso lights are well worth the money.

That being said it is a bit odd that they sell the door lights in packs of 4 when you only need two. I actually bought my lights as the 2nd set from someone here.

Now if only the map lights would come back in stock so I can complete the set...

Do you have lights on the corner of the doors that turn on when you open the door? Or is it just the red reflector?

If you do not have a clear light that turns on when you open the door, NO, these will not work.
