I currently have a 26’ 4x4 SR5 w/3000miles. I love the truck but wanting to build a manual one.
-I want a manual transmission non hybrid 2.4L
-4x4 w/rear locker
-8” infotainment screen w/basic sound
-5’ bed
-wind chill pearl

I don’t want or need anything else that seem to come in the upgrade packages.
Has anyone done this and just order exactly what you want? I’ve used the build page on the site and it comes up with different color trucks with not exact options I want. Call my dealer?

You want a manual TRD OR in windchill pearl. Not sure if that's going to be hard to find or not.

Toyota doesn't do "ordering", as in you don't get to choose what you want. Best bet is to search for a manual OR from some type of aggregator.

If you “build” exactly what you want on the Toyota website and find a dealer willing to work with you, they can try to get an allocation for what you want. When I went through the process, I put down a $500 deposit (refundable), told them what I was looking for and waited. It took a few months for them to get it allocated and a few more waiting out the build/ship stages from the factory to the dealership. Since what I wanted (Underground Prerunner with upgrade pkg and zero factory, port, or dealer add-ons of any kind) would likely have never shown up at any dealership on its own, the process worked out great---- the only difference between the actual truck as delivered and my initial “build” sheet was the unwanted addition of the poorly designed mud flaps for an extra $60. Hope that’s helpful---- good luck.

edit: you're prob limited to the configuration(s) they offer on the website----customization like picking only certain things from pkgs unlikely. example: I pretty much wanted the upgrade pkg for the brake controller and bed lights. The other stuff just part of the pkg----don't think they'll let you select individual options. If it wouldn't let you pick wind chill pearl, my guess is a MT base Offroad w/ no other options or add-ons in Ice cap white would be the closest you'd get---- it'd have everything you listed, but with Ice cap instead of wind chill.

As mentioned above, build it on the web site and try to get one coming in or at a dealer as close to the build as possible. I like how you think, I’d be in for a manual if they were available with 6’ bed. At this point you could wait a few months for a 2027 maybe?

Pretty much every truck I see, the dealer orders the $8000.00+ option packages that I don’t want.
I came from a 04’ manual SR5 TRD 4x4 v6. Owned and loved that truck for a long time. Back then that was the top of the trim in my eyes because they put automatics in the 4 door models w/no option for a manual.
I’m getting ready to buy another skiff so I’d rather spend money on that vs a giant radio screen and heated seats..

Are they going to offer a 27’ in manual?
