I had a hood scoop on my 2019 Taco sport. I was never a fan personally and never thought about swapping it out. If you like them, great and someone got one without so everyone is happy. I prefer the hood on my Limited without it. I have better visibility without it.

I can appreciate that! Zero visibility issues with the scoop for me though. It really doesn't add that much height to the hood imo. I think it's kinda funny that people complain about visibility with the scoop and the proceed to "level" there trucks and set them nose high. Also all that flex everyone talks about is exactly the same. All the hoods flap in the wind.
After having it on for a while the only thing that is different is it does direct water spray up on to the windshield, more so than the hood without the scoop.

since the '70s if a hood scoop was functional I wanted one
remember cowl induction on the SS Chevelle of the time
but to have a useless distracting hunk of plastic that vibrates while obstructing my view is just silly IMHO 🫤

Again, doesn't vibrate anymore than the POS hoods we all already have.
I too was anti scoop when I was shopping, but now I think it looks bad to the bone!
I'll take my chances going completely blind with a totally blocked view in the Costco parking lot I guess šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

I had a Sport for 7 years. I never had the visibility or glare issues that people bitched about.
