Water flying off hood when slowing down

Don’t get me wrong here the 2024 is a magnificent piece of machinery but when I slow down after some rain the water on the hood flys up from the two channels and covers the windshield. ? also another funny thing when my buddy first saw the truck he thought I had been rear ended, he said the rear side panels looked crumpled
