Why No Nightshade Package?

A guy at my work has a Tundra Limited with the Nightshade package. But in my region (may be all?) no Nightshade package is offered with the Limited trim Tacoma. Anyone have any insights on this? Seems like a no-brainer money maker for Toyota being a lot of Limited buyers de-chrome their trucks, including myself.

I did my own version on the Nightshade package, even though I doubt my exterior color would have come with that package. I was going for OEM+ so I didn't go too crazy on the mods being this is a on-road truck and I want to keep the "cush" ride .

I have a suspicion that they’re going to make a Tacoma Platinum trim like how they did with the 4Runner. If you look at the 4Runner Platinum, it is essentially a Limited with all the chrome swapped for black chrome, just like how they did with old Nightshade packages on the 3rd Gen Tacomas and 5th Gen 4Runners.

Nice job, did you paint or change the trim.
The chrome is one of the thing's that detoured me away from the Limited, and the painted fender flares is what detoured me from the SR5 models.
I love the blacked out look of these trucks.
I wish they would come out with a Matte finished paint job.
