Replace the rubber bumpers under the front deflector.

Where do you find the Toyota Tacoma service bulletins like this? Just curious.

These are available if you have a subscription to TIS. Unfortunately those subscriptions are not cheap.

I added a rubber strip to the bottom of the deflector and 100% corrected the vibration issue.

My dealer just called and told me that the parts are in for my roof rack TSB.. going in on Monday morning so I hope that solves the issue."will post results after the fix.

Went to my dealer this morning to get the roof rack TSB done.. no more vibrations at all." Got the truck up on the freeway over 70 and no vibration any more. They change out 3 rubber buttons with longer ones and re-torque everything. These are what they replace

Where are those rubber buttons installed? I'm in Canada and we haven't seen a TSB here yet. I've got that vibration; felt and heard it when exiting an automatic carwash, when those blowers activate to dry off the vehicle as it's leaving the wash bay.
