Stereo gets louder going from Drive to Park

Today when I put the truck in Park, the volume of the stereo gets louder. If I put it back in drive, the volume goes down a little. I was using Apple Carplay. Anyone else notice this?

I haven't noticed it, but I think in settings there's an option to increase volume as your increase speed

I have that unchecked in the settings. It shouldn't matter though when the truck is sitting still.

This is just a guess, since I have a manual tranny, but does the idle speed increase when you shift the transmission into Park? If so, the alternator may be putting out a bit more voltage, which is making it to the radio. Even I think this is a stretch, especially on a modern vehicle......

Radio volume lowers, so you can hear the park aid warning.
