Thanks for letting me join. My 2026 will be delivered soon. I chose a TRD
PreRunner and will post a pic soon.
Anxious to learn all about mods and any problems going on with your Tacos.
Welcome to the group! I got a PreRunner too and love it——looking forward to seeing pics of yours and what you decide to do with it.

A PreRunner is hard to find, my dealer had to trade for it and it is build mode right now with delivery scheduled in about 3-4 weeks. I didn't want a 4 door and its accompany cramped rear seat. That's about all you see on the dealer lots for sale. It made me wonder if I was making a bad decision with this purchase. And if I have 4 passengers I take the wife's new Prius and its 52mpg. XtraCab for me and a 6foot bed, its a truck!!

I love the PreRunner for those reasons. My very first truck was a 1993 Mazda long bed. It was a 2-door, 5-speed and perfect for me in those days. Drove it for almost 9 years and put 150,000 miles on it.

Although my new truck is a Trailhunter because we got it for camping and towing, I love love love what you have coming soon.

Welcome to the forum. I have learned a lot here since joining and sometimes I get to help others with a few areas that I know about.

i don't understand why toyota calls it a prerunner, and not just a two wheel drive toyota pu.
I guess it's supposed to sound cooler?

Thanks 395North for the pic, mine should be almost a twin to yours except for the rock sliders/step bars. I wanted a Red truck(resale Red) but had to settle for the Ice Cap. And after some thought I realized my first car back in the day was a 64 Chevrolet Super Sport, white with black bucket seat interior.
So I got to thinking my first car was White, so be it that my last truck will be White. Looking forward to getting it and adding some mods to it.

You are going to love it. Simple, cheap to own and insure, drives great, all with a rear locker and properly sized bed.
