Silicone around SDM to bar

Does anyone have access to their stabilizer disconnect mechanism to take a picture of the passenger side of the sdm unit?

Mine has a full bead of silicone on the passenger side of the mechanism around the bar. Looks hand applied. I’m wondering if this is factory or when Tustin Toyota did my rear main seal and oil pan.
