Here is a straightforward breakdown of two new products we just finalized and added to our lineup for the 4th Gen Tacoma. Both items are currently in stock and ready to ship.

1. TRUMGETA Heavy-Duty Aluminum Roof Rack (2024+ Tacoma)
We designed this rack to maximize roof load capacity while minimizing the common issues of wind noise and excess weight.
  • Construction: All-aluminum frame to keep the overall weight low while maintaining structural rigidity for rooftop tents and heavy gear.
  • Design: Low-profile and contoured specifically to match the 4G Tacoma roofline, which helps reduce drag and highway wind whistle.
  • Mounting: Features standard T-slot crossbars, allowing you to use existing hardware to mount recovery boards, cases, or lights.

2. TRUMGETA Slide-Out Truck Bed Cargo Tray
This bed slider is engineered to give you quick access to gear at the front of your truck bed without needing to crawl inside.
  • Operation: Built on heavy-duty bearing tracks for a smooth slide even when fully loaded. It includes a multi-stage locking mechanism to keep the tray secure when fully closed, partially open, or fully extended on the trail.
  • Tie-Down Versatility: Features integrated perimeter rails and tie-down points across the deck, allowing you to easily strap down coolers, toolboxes, and camping gear to prevent shifting during transit.
  • Fitment: Engineered to fit mid-size trucks like the 4G Tacoma, as well as full-size truck beds, maximizing usable bed floor space.

Could we get some pics and additional details of the mounting and roller system underneath? Also, how far beyond the tailgate do the platforms extend on a Tacoma long bed? Finally, what are the internal dimensions of the platforms? I'm wondering what size bins will fit between the raised edges on each platform. I'm looking for the length, width, and depth of the flat portion of the platforms inside of the edges. Thanks!

Gonna be honest, it looks like you're gonna pay $200 for a hardened plastic tote lid with some mounting points on the corners.

The "low friction bottom surface" wording on the website to me sounds like there's not actually any "heavy-duty bearing tracks".

Exactly, nice looking plastic trays that basically slide out on the the bottom of the trays.

I’d like to know more about this as well.

How is it that your roof rack claims to support 1000lbs static and 800lbs dynamic when literally everyone else’s racks are around 700lbs static and 300lbs dynamic?

It seems like they all cite the roof itself as being the limiting factor to the rating not the racks themselves. So what’s so special about your racks that they can somehow 2.7x the weight ratings of more established companies for only $379?

Unless you’re modify in the roof somehow, which I doubt, it looks like you’re just fabricating those numbers.

I submitted a request for additional information, including:

Specific installation instructions
Load capacity specifications

I also asked about the claim of "safe wrapped edges." What does that actually mean?

Given that there are other products on the market, such as the Front Runner bed cargo slide—which costs roughly ten times as much and provides detailed specifications—I suspect this may be a case of getting what you pay for.

I don't see any indication of how the unit is secured to the vehicle; it appears to simply rest on top of a rubber bed mat. The website provides no technical details or information that would help evaluate the product's design, safety, or durability.

Hi there, thanks for the great questions! Here are the direct answers for your setup:

1. Mounting/Roller System:
There are no brackets or roller tracks underneath. The tray sits flat and slides directly on your truck bed floor. It secures tightly to your factory bed tie-down hooks via ratchet straps.

2. Tailgate Extension & Safety:
The total outer length is 57.5". Because this is a slide-on-bed system without rigid steel rails, we recommend sliding the tray out to a maximum of 3/4 of its length. Keeping at least 1/4 of the tray inside the bed acts as a counterbalance, preventing the tray from bending or tipping forward when loaded with heavy gear. On a 6ft long bed, it simply slides out across your open tailgate to bring your bins within arm's reach.

3. Exact Internal Dimensions:
Please see the detailed dimensional image attached below!

Let me know if you need any other specific measurements!

Appreciate the rigorous questions! You're completely right—our website needs more technical depth. Here are the exact specifications and design details:
  • Securing System: It doesn't just sit on a mat. The tray has built-in corner anchor points and locks down tightly to your truck’s factory bed hooks using ratchet straps.
  • Safe Wrapped Edges: Early prototype versions required protective edge wrapping to prevent sharp cuts. The production version has been fully upgraded with smooth, deburred, and rounded molded edges.
  • The Price Comparison: You absolutely get what you pay for. A $1,000+ Front Runner system offers heavy-duty steel rails and massive weight capacities. Our tray is simply a lightweight, removable alternative for guys who just want a quick way to slide out their bins and coolers.
We are updating these technical specs on our website right now. Thanks for the solid feedback!

Your team was kind enough to send me the installation manual. You're using 2 pair of ratchet straps, attaching to points above the slides, to restrict for-aft movement. That will keep someone from pulling it too far back and dropping slides and cargo on their feet. It's not 'securing' to the vehicle though.

So, without any form of track system or bearings what they essentially are is a pair of roto molded cooler lids and a strap for $200? So they likely wouldn't "slide" with a good bedliner or bed mat and actually require the oem slick plastic.
