Hmm.. this seems to be the midsize vs full size trade off every time I look at trucks. By the time you get to the options you want in the smaller truck cost starts to make the full size look pretty good. I’m just not sure I want to wheel around a full size in the city. Congrats! That Ram...

Yeeowch. $62K. Not surprised, but this isn’t yet the limited (but must be close). Nor the hybrid. Limited hybrid must be $70K when it comes. I was hoping $65, but maybe more reasonable to think $70k.

Here not surprisingly the dealers have plenty of excuses to call your use ‘severe duty’ & put your car into the 5K (8,000kms) service club. Which of course is sooner than the car’s computer calls for at 10k. I’ve always gone 5K, figuring what can it hurt for some good preventative maintenance...

I came up to the same cost. Though it doesn’t say the premium includes the moonroof, I‘m guessing for now that it does. So at that point like you say then it really becomes an aesthetic choice as to whether you can do the chrome or not.

My choices are easy, there aren’t any at this level. No option to skip the moonroof/sunroof which I usually do. Just pick a color (I like the bronze if not underground). Still waiting to see what they hybrid prices out at up here, but if if it comes in at $65K it could be a compelling choice...

I’m certainly going to investigate that option too. I’d like to see it with the hybrid which might be a couple years out, but I don’t need to be in a rush.

I thought I’d read somewhere that it’s full on digital key. I’m sure that’ll take a monthly subscription, but neat if they get the tech that up to date.

Anything not locked down is sure a target, though a thief would have to know it’s there & removable. Is there anything though to say that maybe the Bluetooth speaker doesn’t work if it’s not tied through the truck? Sure you can use it with your phone at your campsite, but maybe if the truck...
