Also, for obvious reasons - Yota Garage / Rave don't share the OEM part numbers for the Heritage grill.
But these can be purchased via any Toyota dealer - I didn't even have an issue with the parts being VIN locked.
TRD Pro Grill : 53101-AK060
Trailhunter Grill : 53101-AK070
I made both an inverted and a non-inverted option. Originally I went with a non-inverted option, but noticed that the image was slightly skewed and didn't line up perfectly. When doing the calibrations, I realized that there was an inverted option in the ECU - which I later learned is actually...
I'd agree with this sentiment. I had the rubber one in my '19 MT OR and picked up an OE rubber mat as well for the new truck. Interior liners - different story. But thick rubber is the only way I'd go for the bed. Or carpet if you're rocking a camper shell :)
Towing efficiency is largely about aerodynamics. Usually you won't see a huge MPG hit if the trailer or what you're towing is close to the bed height / shorter than the cab. 17+ is impressive. I'm usually in the 14s but my trailer is over 9ft tall.
Nice boat !
Ah, the good 'ole stretch of I-90.
Maybe just try tightening up all the bolts/screws? But given that it's OEM and it came with your truck, I'd just take it to the dealership. It's on the sticker, it should be warrantied.
I mean I think Rave did it right. I doubt people will want to reprogram their ECU. Dealership would charge a lot for this. I only did it... for science. Hah
If you're talking about the "customizable features", there was a ton of stuff, but honestly I was focused on getting my parking sensors working I didn't really fiddle around it too much. I just made sure to disable the seatbelt chime, hah.
I could probably compile a list and post it here. I'd...
I feel like non-metallic colors are usually pretty easy to touch up. I unfortunately have WCP and ended up with a couple knicks in my tailgate after I let my cousin borrow my truck (was a bad decision and I knew it ahead of time, lol).
My truck's WCP is notoriously hard to touch up (as it's a...
You're definitely right on this - I actually went through the process yesterday of removing my whole clip again and redesigning the camera bracket slightly to accept the camera mounted upside down. What I noticed in the redesign is that when the camera is mounted upside down, it ends up needing...
Wasn't really intending on selling them, but if I did, not sure how prohibitive it'll be. We can move this convo to DM and I can probably get a quote for you. My company does a lot of shipping with R&L so we have some pretty competitive rates with them - but shipping costs in general have been...
Yup, it's the 20X. So far, so good. It's only 4300 GWR and I do run a WDH, mostly for the built in sway protection, but the Taco's been doing really well with it. We've done about 5-6 trips this season so far. We have a long trip planned to Utah next month so that'll be the true test of the...
Hopefully something will be available soon. I'm also looking for a crossbar setup, and would prefer not to get a full roof rack. Keeping my fingers crossed that Thule will come out with a Fixpoint for our trucks.
While some racks are aesthetically pleasing .... if you've ever had one, and...
Yeah, they have smaller sizes too. Might be tough given the hybrids have limited space in the rear already. Curious to see if you come up with a solution.
Nice ride.
If you're looking for a solid LiFePO4 battery (as an extra aux battery), consider the options from Epoch. Paid $900/ea for 300AH heated LiFePO4's for my trailer and they've been great. Bluetooth connectivity and everything. Believe they're using the EVE 304 cells.
Selling my chrome mirror caps off my Limited as I swapped them to gloss black. Good condition, the passenger side has some very light scratches.
These go for around $50 each normally, snag a pair for $40. Shipping anywhere in the US via USPS will be an extra $8, or you can pick them up locally...
Swapped to a black one so selling my chrome lower bumper trim. Good condition, has wear from first few thousand miles. Nice upgrade especially if you have a truck without foglamps and plan to add them, or if you just want to go for the chrome look.
Includes the matching silver parking sensors...
Selling my Limited grill as I went with the Heritage grill. Good condition, does have some wear from the first couple thousand miles.
Includes the camera bracket, but if installing on a truck without a front camera, I can print and include a plug for the hole at no cost.
Pickup preferred but...
