Not the 18”x8”+45mm TRD wheel, but this is the 18”x8.5”+20mm TrailHunter wheels (same specs as the TRD PRO wheels) with 275/65R18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on the Sport and Off Road models (Same fender flare widths). I also have the 20”x8.5”+50mm on a Sport (Supposedly only a 1mm difference in poke compared to the wheel you’re looking for).

Those OR fenders flares really make a differene in the amount of poke!

All great looking rigs. I dig that sport!
That Sport looks angry!

Are the OR fender flares actually wider? I thought they were they same but unpainted vs painted.

I think the Sport and Off Road fender flares are the same width. I’m not sure if the painted vs unpainted make it seem like there’s more poke on the Sport than the Off Road.

Anytime, This is what I put together at work all day long. Wish I had some more pictures of the other ones we built, they sell pretty quickly once it leaves the shop and gets put in the showroom.

I’m pretty sure they’re the same, it’s just the painted vs unpainted that makes it seem different (probably the contrast between the tires and the fenders). The only ones that are different is the SR and SR5 that have the integrated fender flares (Smallest fender flares), and the TrailHunter and TRD PRO (Widest fender flares). The Sport, Off Road, Pre-Runner, and Limited all have similar fender flares, just painted vs unpainted.

I have a ‘25 Limited in silver and am thinking about changing the wheels out. I want to keep the suspension stock, no lift or level kits. I’m worried about the poke on the +20 offset causing debris to damage the paint behind the wheels. But don’t like how tucked the wheels are on the stock +55 offset. What’s your experience? Additionally, the 20” wheels on that sport look awesome! Is there a lift or level on that truck Or is the suspension stock? Do the 20” look oversized and awkward in person or as good as they do in the photos? I don‘t off-road but want it to have a “meaner” appearance and go back and forth on 18” vs 20”.

I'd love to see the ptr56-35242-f1 TRD wheels (18x8 + 45mm) with 275/70R18 (Toyo AT3) tires on a Tacoma. Does anybody have any photos?

I'm hoping it will be flush or with tiny poke, since I do a lot of offroading and forest trails and I'm not looking to sandblast my backend.

I'm thinking this will move the wheel and tire combo out by ~1 inch but I'm not sure it's enough. I'm calculating that my OEM wheels are 18 x 7.5 with 265/70R18 so I'm expecting it to move the wheel itself out by about 3/4 inch (1/4 for the wheel width, provided that the extra 1/2 inch of width is centered on the hub) and another 1/2 inch (10mm less offset), and the tire out by another ~1/4inch (275 is .4" wider than 265).

Is +45mm enough to get it nice and flush? I only get one shot at this and I don't want to feel meh.
I just purchased a set of the 18x8 (+45 offset) TRD wheel for my 2026 Off Road Premium, with new Wildpeak

I just purchased the 18x8 TRD wheels (+45 offset) with new Wildpeak ATW4’s in 265/70R18 (the non E-rated version). Feels about as flush to the edge of the fender flares as they can go without any noticeable poke.

From what it seems like, the rock chips all seem the be determined on where and how you drive it. Some people report getting rock chips with the stock +55 wheels, then theres me that has 20x10 -18 wheels and can’t seem to notice any Increase in rock chips. For all the ones in the pictures they are all stock suspension, the 20‘s in person to me look very proportional to the 4th gens and especially for a Limited, makes it look more premium or sporty depending how you see it.
