Hey guys! So here's the situation, I have a Canadian spec SR5 and recently I bought a set of OR wheels and installed 285/70R17 falken wild peak at4s

-Old specs : 17x7 +60 265/70R17

-New specs : 17x7.5 +55 285/70R17

Now here is the issue, when I'm fully turned to the right, the back inside wall of the front passenger tire contacts the sway bar, at the point where the sway bar curves up to meet the end link.

The driver side has perfect clearance, it never hits anything.

Wheels and tires balanced out perfectly, alignment was recently done and at Toyota specs

Has anyone ran I to this issue before? I think my front sway bar is shifted more to the right. I know I could run a spacer but with the smaller fenders on the SR5 this wheel and tire package is perfectly flush and I did not want poke.

Any suggestions would be awesome!

This seems odd. I had 265/70R18 and 275/70R18 which was over 33" on my stock SR5 with no rubbing.
I've also seen a bunch of people run 285 r17 on the SR5. I do recall someone here had some slight rubbing with a certain set of tires because all MFR specs are slightly different, but pretty sure I've seen AT4s in that size on the SR5.

Hm. Will wait for others to chime in, but seems off !

Caster look ok?

Used truck or new? Maybe the PO had a meeting with a curb passenger side

It's new!

I live in a very open area where hitting stuff isn't much of an option unless it's a big pot hole or an animal lol.

Caster was fine last time I had an alignment which was like 3 weeks ago

I would ask the shop to set the lower arm eccentric bolts at their outer most setting then re adjust to spec from there. While the truck is lifted have them loosen both sway bar bushings and center the bar.
