By any chance have you fully compressed the suspension to see if it rubs on the wheel well fully compressed and locked to both right and left?

Running the same wheels on mine! 285/70 r17 Nitto Terra Grappler g3 tires. Poke is perfect, and the Trailhunter mudflaps are the perfect size.
