Pulled mine off to install a hard tonneau cover. Sad, cuz I like the look. Haven’t been able to sell it yet despite multiple ads. I’m not open to shipping it so it’s local pick-up only but I guess I live in an area where there’s not a lot of 2024 Taco owners (yet).

I had a chance to sell mine, but I'm torn, so I kept it. I'd love a compatible tonneau, and I think it's also worth holding onto it for when I sell the truck, many many years from now.

Just noticing that everyone with a TH removes it when they get home and immediately posts it for sale. I realize it’s not totally functional, but I don’t think it’s bad as a cosmetic flourish. I’d pay @300 for one, but not more.

Thoughts? Why did you dump yours?
$300 thats the lowest low ball offer for one ive have yet to see...lmao. I mean they are retailed at $1200 and up for a new one and for $600 I would say it is a fair offer I sold the one off my Trialhunter for $700 and it sold within two days of me posting it on offerup .

I felt the same way , but I ended up getting the matching ARB bed rack which was showcased on this truck personally I think the Trailhunter should have been sold with the bedrack.

I personally like the way it looks, especially with the 6ft bed. I plan on keeping it and adding the Decked drawer system unless someone comes up with a way to add a rigid tonneau with the sport bar in place.
This. I love the look of it and just bought a take-off sport bar from a forum member. I don't want a full tonneau cover and plan on installing the Decked system instead, which the sport bar won't interfere with.

Can’t close my bed with it - otherwise I liked it a lot!

For those that like the sport bar and want a tonneau cover, I believe there are options, like a roll-up cover. But check out this video - this truck seems to have both. Not sure if they modded the bar or the cover or both?

Well now you have put me in a quandary! I was getting ready to order the Retrax PRO XR Manual Retractable Cover w/ T-Slot Rails. It is completely possible to mount this cover, cut the 4 tabs that protrude down from the ARB Sport Bar, then mount the bar on the T-slots using standard anchors. It remains very solid in the mounting and the tonneau works perfectly. My only hesitation was the cost of the cover and the fact that it raises the sport bar up about 3/4".

That video shows a completely different setup that would cost less and it didn't raise the bar at all. Now I have to try to figure out which cover that is so I can reverse engineer the setup! Either way, I will start a new thread here when I finish the install.

I think it’s endearing and was bummed when I realized I had to remove it to fit a bed cover. I may just hold onto it.
I saw a YouTube video that had a cover with the ARB bed bar mounted on it. I think they had to modify it. but looked decent
