How many hours were involved in the installation. Will you share the amount that you paid?I'll post my own build thread later today or tomorrow. Just picked up my truck this morning from having this bumper installed. Here's a pic showing how the stock Trailhunter skids mate with the bumper.
I haven't seen an option to purchase pre-cut fenders, but it sounds like a great idea!
The installer told me it took significant time to raise and lower the bumper to be sure the cuts were where he wanted them, so the install took longer than he originally anticipated. He thought following the template exactly would have removed more material than necessary, so he followed his own lines that kept it tight. I later noticed a comment/question on the ARB site that clarified the cuts would be different.

AFAIK, no extension was needed for any of the sensor wires. I don't know the total hours he spent because he kept to his estimate of 11 hours other than adding some supplies that ended up being necessary (wiring to run to battery under back seat, fuse, and a pigtail). I had purchased the bumper, lights, winch, and winch control relocation kit prior to the install from forum sponsor Meraki Autoworks ahead of time. Definitely a significant investment!
