Just put on the AWE 0FG (@Sara/AWE), 99% smooth process but the sharp elbow of the system toward the spare tire area does touch the spare tire bracket. It just rests next to it. There is going to some hitting if I go over bumps but so far I don’t hear it transmitting into the cabin.

Hey OP, those tips are not positioned correctly, they should both be rotated 90 degrees so the logos are facing up and the slash is pointing backwards. From there you can rotate the clamps to the top of the tips so they are not visible. If they are properly tightened down there should be no issues with shifting, etc.

The pipe positioning is too close to the bracket, ensuring that all of the pipes especially those upstream are fully bottomed out will give you more clearance on that particular bracket. Be extra careful with G34 to G33, given the angle of the piping it is prone to backing out.

Tacoma Installation Instructions

If you are still unable to adjust it away from the bracket, please reach out to our customer support team before you do anything else and they can assist you in getting your system adjusted properly.

Of course we are here on the forums, so if you need any extra support I am just a PM away! :handshake:

Just pulled the plug on one myself. Went with the axle dump version. Cheaper, and will benefit when off-road.

Those tips are a huge improvement to the OEM massive ugly tip lol.

I'll try and get some sound clips when I get it installed. Lot's going around online of the automatic but nothing really showcasing the manual.

BashGuard is a great option and plenty of clearance for obstacles on the trails :fistbump:

Feel free to post up those sound clips when you get them!
