It seems like the TRD Sports upgrade package comes with heated seats even though its not listed on the package in the configurator or the window sticker.

I know. I don't understand why they configured so many like this. For 53K you can have one with the Premium package and get the seats and everything in this one plus a few more items. I agree, 52K cloth seats is crazy though.

For real, These will sitting on lots just like the Tundras. A 2023 Tacoma PRO is that much and has leather seats, Colorado ZR2 is less money.

I think they'll sell fine. Some people actually like cloth seats (not me) and there are reasons people don't like the ZR2 and Gen3 Tacomas. I looked at the ZR2, and while it has a lot of bang for the buck, it just felt cheap. I still think Toyota will sell every one of these they make.

$1,123 of "options" no one wants. If I want that stuff, I can do it myself for 1/20th the price! $70 for phone cables. These markups are ridiculous, and yet dealers continue to get away with this nonsense.

Yeah, that's the worst one. These options highlight how convoluted the Toyota process is. They are 'Port Options,' not dealer options. Sometimes the dealer can get them swapped for something equal, but they can't remove them from what I understand. I guess this is how the Distributors get their piece. If they shipped direct to dealers from the factory, this wouldn't be an issue. At the same time, people have been waiting for Rangers since August and not one has shown up at a dealer so maybe Toyota's system has some merit.

Not very impressed with that 4 bangers fuel economy listed on window .My 23 4 door Sasquatch bronco with a twin turbo 6 and all the power you’d ever need and on 35’s with a shape like a box gets that , Will cross fingers the hybrid gets a lot better for my daily driving usage

My Dealer was able to put together a pkg for me. TRD OFF ROAD, ICE CAP 4x4 dbl cave. He was able to see what the different pkgs were and the price of each pkg. I'm going with the Premium pkg, black inserts, black exhaust tip and predator steps, auto, turbo hybrid engine, $54,408. No mark up. Toyota hasn't released any info on the new engine price.
