Just an FYI, they seem to generate a shipping label when someone starts asking where the items are, then still take a while to actually ship. There was a thread on here a couple months back with a few people chiming in with the same experience.

I just called to find out the status of my set and still a month out.
More importantly I asked about the powder coating and was told that part is done out of house.
I mentioned the rust issue and they really didn't have a good answer.
I was told that possibly powder coating in Texas is not as aggressive as other states that see salted roads or near the ocean.
Basically told my best bet would be to change my order to raw pipe and get it powered coated here locally where they are familiar with the ocean air.
Not the information I was hoping for. 😔

Seems like they should know what the company they outsource to is doing.

When I contacted them they told me they would discuss it with the powder coating company. Never heard back. But at least I got a free can of spray paint…

Yeah I just poked them asking to switch to RAW steel. I have local powdercoating shops near me, but after some googling, found that it's simply not worth PC-ing in the first place. "Rocks will win" is the common theme, and you're better off saving the $200 and just rattle canning yourslef, so when it does take a scratch, you just crawl under and shoot it again. I intend to actually use these as true rock sliders, so they'll hopefully take some abuse.

Well after 12 weeks I finally got a shipment confirmation for my CaliRaised Rock sliders. They sent me a tracking number last Wednesday but it didn't update until this morning and has a delivery date this Thursday until next Friday, so a pretty big window but at least I know they are on their way here. It's been a long time coming.

I thought I would put this here just in case others were curious about the time frame to get their's. Hopefully with the new machinery they have the wait times will start going down once they get caught up.

Mine took months, I got the same explanation/excuse for why they took so long. Now that they're here, I'm no longer thrilled with them. I got a first paint chip already. It's not a real powder coat. It's a single layer of black paint and it doesn't appear they were primed properly. Photo attached.

For those of you who have outstanding orders that haven't shipped, I would casually suggest considering canceling and ordering a different product. At this price, it should be right and this isn't right.

I sent them a DM on here since I think they should be aware a bunch of us are talking about it. I haven't contacted them directly yet... just found the chip over the weekend. I'm guessing they're going to send me a shaker can of black paint. Not really the solution...

I have to say this is the first thread I have seen that talked about these in a negative light. Everything else I read about them was nothing but glowing reviews of how well they were made and the quality of them. That is why I went with them as I hope I'm getting a quality product. I wonder what has changed that made all these flaws appear all of a sudden? I guess time will tell once I get mine.

Did a quick Google search and it looks like Powder Coating "can" chip off if hit with a sharp object hard enough. Doesn't sound like it's a perfect coating by any means and is subject to damage just like anything else.

I have had real power coated sliders , these aren’t.
I ordered mine in November. They were put on in February. The holes on mine were also not properly aligned, which was common with them at the time. Terrible experience with them all around.
