Hey guys, I know we were told some details of the different CV axles being used in the Pro and TH.. I just can’t remember.

Can one confirm, or deny ,that these beefier, higher angle capable front axles are included in the Off Road Hybrid model?

I thought that the beefier axles were on all hybrid models to accommodate the torque (possibly same CV as the Tundra?). Have never seen any details on angles or anything.

According to "Tinkerer's Adventures" channel (who seems to be a pretty excellent technical reviewer), it's TRD Offroad and above (so also Pro+Trailhunter).

Think 3G and prior are the tri-pod style CVs.

That makes sense, because according to the build sheets the Pro and Trailhunter are based on the Offroad, with the only differences being the options called out in the build sheet. But I also remember a chief engineer video where he said the CV joints were different on the TH/Pro because of the lift. That could easily have been sales bs, to justify the higher prices on the halos, so only actual parts numbers would really answer that IMO.
