Do TRD Pro wheels come with lug nuts?

Just ordered some TRD Pro during the Toyota Parts labor day sale.
The site is garbage and barely has any info, so I wanted to ask here, has anyone else ordered these from Toyota parts, and do they come with black lug nuts?

If not, anyone know the part # for black lug nuts and/or confirm the size for me?

The wheel locks are a set of 4 and are not an exact color match but the only black ones offered by Toyota.

The lug nuts ("hub nut") are by the EACH, so you will need 20 (w/locks)or 24
