The more you gas it the more it is felt.

Been like this for about a week now. I added some "Heet" fuel treatment to a tank full as soon as I felt it thinking picked up bad gas from nice Chevron, I have used for years. (Yes can happen anywhere).
It is subtle enough that wife thought it went away as it is her truck, but no still there.
Really don't know how long, as I don't drive it very often.

I did put transmission in manual mode to leave it in gear to see if it would stop, but just the same.

2024 with maybe 56k miles and absolutely "O" issues.

Serviced regularly on time.
May look into changing fuel filter.

No check engine lights or anything on dash.

Are there any unusual noises to go along with this? Things like popping or snapping sounds? Jerkyness isn't necessarily the engine. Transmission, u-joints, rear end could cause it.

You should still be under powertrain warranty....5 years/60k miles.

Ok, saw that filter is in tank with pump, so a no go.
Going to scan to see if any codes but again never has had any lights like check engine.

After scan, probably going to change plugs if scan doesn't show anything.

As ignition or fuel delivery feels like issue.

No noise or popping. Has been babied and never off pavement.
Wife doesn't even notice it.
And yes I negotiated a warranty for like 125 to 130k as wife averages 35k a year working 45 miles away.

2025 Tacoma Limited, 7K miles. After vehicle sits all night, the first drive of the day going forward, not reverse, starts off jerky, and seems to resolve after trans starts upshifting beyond second gear. Has done this day 1. Any driving after that during the day, no issue. So mine is a 1st / 2nd gear cold trans / sitting first hours condition.

I also get the 1st > 2nd thing once in a while 1st thing in the morning. I let it warm up until I see a bar or two then putts about a quarter-mile to get out of the neighborhood. That’s when I notice it, but only that first faster acceleration. Sounds like you do need a dealer trip. Don’t forget to post the diagnosis/resolution. Does it make me sound like a jerk if I say, ” I’m looking forward to finding out what the problem is?” Obviously I don’t want you to have to pay for anything or have this inconvenience you more than needed.

Good advice. Will bring it up with dealer at next oil change.
