I found out it's from the new owner's manual so it's definitely legit. Will update my post with the screencap of the page.

Seems the 6735 lbs weight rating in the Pro and TH build sheets was even slightly lighter than the GVWR in the manual which is showing 6780 lbs for the Pro and 6835 for the TH 5' bed.

If the TH payload is ~1,700 lbs, dry she weighs ~5,135lbs….? Maybe better MPG than I was expecting when I saw the first allocation doc.

anyone know what the latest whisper payload is on the TH?

Manual indicates TH payload is only 1215lbs (1245 with the 6' bed).

Even if that payload is correct for the Trailhunter, remember it has steel sliders, a steel bumper, steel skid plates.

Typically we start a build with that kind of payload before we put any of that on

…so the regular iForce tacos all have the same size gas tank irrespective of the bed length?

was hoping for a bigger tank on the TH long boi, affecting payload net net better tho IMO
The fuel tanks on the Hybrid Trucks are the same size as nonhybrid, so they will actually have a larger range since they are hybrids.

only on the OR Tacomas would you [possibly] see a noticeable range difference in iForceMax vs iForce.

iForceMax are not true hybrids, they're added torque. Even the Tundras across the engine lineup the highway MPGs are the same, marginal city improvement (under ~20 mph hybrid propulsion).

When you bolt on all the off-road goodies on the halos, they're gonna be heavier, the lift kits, tread, less aero...increased drag. I expect worse numbers, but the dry weight is interesting if they can get it down, I know they were saying the hood & certain parts are aluminum, etc.

Just as long as the MPGs are better than a Canyon ATX4. A real compelling selling point on the OR iForceMax would be that MPG. We'll see....
