Hybrid battery inspection

While I was fiddling down doing an important thing to my truck, I decided to do something that I should check regularly according to the maintenance manual - ensure that the hybrid battery filters are clean. It was on my mind to check since the dog shook herself right next to the truck, full of mud, in the past week when we had a lot of rain in Central Coast and Southern California.

A few little crumbles of crud came out on each side of the truck. One fun little thing to see discover was that there is a manufacturing date sticker on each filter cover. My truck was built in June 2025, which matches the stickers. Here’s a picture of passenger side.

Huh, I've removed the drivers side one a couple of times but never the passenger, I should inspect that one soon
