I checked a dealer web site and it states the following:
NOTE: Verify the presence of welded collars at the rear of the frame. This part will NOT work if your vehicle is not equipped with welded collars. (Vehicle will have plug covers instead of welded collars) .
My 2024 tacoma has plugs which i haven't removed but do i take it since i have plugs this part from Toyota won't work for rear arb recovery points?

Those that have installed these - I was thinking they bolted into threaded holes in the hitch frame, but now realized it is a nut/bolt combo. Was looking under the truck today and wasn’t sure if I actually have the collars already? Could someone that has collars verify my L/R side that these are the correct mounting holes, and they have collars? Thanks

My understanding is that they are not correct and we would need sleeves/pins like @gtguard has. But will be stoked if I am told I am wrong! I want to get a set of these.

I can’t see the outside part of the frame as the arb recovery is covering it but if it is collared you would see this on the inside side of the frame. You can see the reinforcement of the collar welded to the sleeve and frame.

Thanks rijc99, I’ll snap some pics on the inner side of the rails when I get a chance.

Inside L/R shots of the rail, looks like something is welded on. Are these the proper reinforcements for the rear recovery points? Sorry it was dark out so pics aren’t the best
