Is my frame bent ?

Hey everyone. I recently purchased a 2025 TRD off-road. LOVE IT. Well 2 days ago a mini van avoided an accident in their lane by pulling into mine which caused me to rear end them. Based off the details of accident I am being advised to hold off until this coming week on body shop. Curious if anyone can give me their thoughts until I take her in. Sure looks bent but what do I know. Thanks in advanced.

Sure looks bent to me. When the coating peels like that it’s a pretty sure bet.

This hurts my soul. Hopefully you have dashcam and can prove they're at fault? Rear ending someone is always rough, but if they swerved to avoid someone else, maybe...?

Good luck, but in my experience the person hitting the vehicle from behind is always at fault. On a freeway once, just as traffic was coming to a sudden stop a woman in a BMW jumped in front of my truck because she thought my lane was a better choice. My Tundra's emergency braking stopped me just short of her car but the car behind rear ended me. It was the moron in the BMW who caused the accident, but it was the poor guy following me who was cited.

OP, that frame looks bent to me. Has that been determined yet?
